With a minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, you will leverage your expertise to support the professional growth of our sales teams and drive measurable improvements in performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of commercial teams
• Identify training needs through consultations with regional managers and sales representatives
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and GoToMeeting
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course materials and assessments
• Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
• Leverage data analytics tools to track training progress and performance outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on commercial or sales training
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with regional managers and sales teams
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
