📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules of dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal clinic operations.
- Ensure compliance with dental regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO 13485.
- Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and billing, providing excellent customer service.
- Train and mentor new staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest dental technologies and practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery, Dentistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental clinic setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental software and systems, including Dentrix, Practice Fusion, or similar.
- Certification in dental hygiene or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
