Klinik Hendra Fruit is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cook to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about cooking and wants to work in a vibrant, health-focused environment.

As a Deputy Cook, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for our patients and staff. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a professional kitchen setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for patients and staff.

Ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of food supplies.

Following all health and safety guidelines.

Assisting with kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.

Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.

Assisting with special dietary requirements and meal planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or similar role.

Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Valid food handler's certificate.

Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is a plus.
