📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing strategy.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports.

  • Recent graduate or limited experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic food and beverage operations.

  • Basic understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
