📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of labeling tasks.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee high-quality products.
• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and mentor a team of labeling operators and technicians.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of labeling processes with overall packaging production.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve labeling operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in label operations management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using labeling software such as LabelWorks, Impianti, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
