📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize logistics and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management systems to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the logistics and manufacturing environment.
• Provide operational support during peak seasons or special projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
