As a Purchasing Staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by sourcing high-quality products at competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of quality products.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Manage the purchasing process from order placement to delivery and payment.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or a similar role.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Knowledge of purchasing software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
