Pacific Mining is looking for a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Makassar. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the company premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of company facilities to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access, by taking appropriate action to minimize damage and ensure the safety of all individuals involved.,Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and emergency response protocols.,Maintain and update security records, including incident reports, access logs, and security checklists.,Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and facilities management, to address security concerns and implement security improvements.,Provide security support during company events, such as training sessions, workshops, and meetings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field.,Familiarity with security equipment, such as CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities, such as patrolling and responding to security incidents.,Valid ID and security clearance (if required).,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
