📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of the crew.,Conduct regular inspections of the vessel and its equipment to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain strong communication with the shore-based team and other vessels to coordinate operations and share information.,Train and mentor junior crew members to develop their skills and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.,Monitor and report on the vessel's performance, including fuel consumption, cargo handling, and other key metrics.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize the vessel's environmental impact.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,A valid Master Mariner's Certificate of Competency (MMCC) or equivalent.,Proven experience in managing and leading a crew in a safe and efficient manner.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety procedures, and environmental laws.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with cargo handling operations and experience with various types of cargo is a plus.,A clean criminal record and no history of drug or alcohol abuse.
