📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and targets.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure product availability and quality.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape.,Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefits and compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key client relationships.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with the retail industry and market trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
