📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training materials.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide feedback and support to staff members to help them achieve their professional goals.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and education.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, education, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with training management software and e-learning platforms.,Ability to travel to different locations within the region as needed.
