📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and prepare management reports,Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data,Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow,Handle tax compliance and preparation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
