Hotel Intan Tea is looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
