📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and software.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems and services.,Support the IT department in the resolution of complex technical issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
