Lead and supervise the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Coordinate with staff to plan and execute daily activities.,Maintain high standards of service and safety.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report to management on daily operations and any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar leadership role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and customer service.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
