📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve business objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into departmental strategies.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings, as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of departmental operations and a strategic mindset.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Experience in managing budgets and financial responsibilities is a plus.
