📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Operational Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies.,Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve departmental goals.,Manage operational budgets and resources effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian business environment and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
