• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks to ensure equipment is safe and operational.

• Participate in preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in a similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with heavy equipment brands such as Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Valid certification as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
