📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and preparing job descriptions.,Recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.,Managing the onboarding process for new employees.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Managing employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
