📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensure all sales targets are met and exceeded.,Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training new employees and onboarding new hires.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
