📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe work environment by following infection control protocols.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Participating in continuous education and staying updated with the latest healthcare practices.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration as a Nurse with the relevant healthcare board.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for remote patient visits.
