📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing store operations, including stock control and inventory management.,Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer inquiries.,Maintaining high levels of productivity and meeting sales targets.,Assisting with the organization and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing regular reports on store performance and sales data.,Assisting with the training and development of new store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.
