📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial filings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and applicable regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
