📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial operations of the regional office, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
