As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong understanding of technical concepts and a passion for clear communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user guides, manuals, and other documentation to support customer success.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in the creation of training materials and other educational content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
