📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Lead and manage a team of baristas and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Manage inventory and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Train and mentor new staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle financial reporting and budgeting for the café.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in coffee shop management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a coffee shop or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Toast.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in coffee brewing or barista skills is a plus.
