📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of business projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Korean partners and Indonesian stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and mutual growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver exceptional results.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Represent TokenAsia at industry events and networking opportunities, strengthening our brand presence and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing business operations and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the Korean market and ability to build and maintain relationships with Korean partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Korean languages, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with business software and tools such as Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management software.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
