As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the clinic, from scheduling and inventory to staff training and customer relations. You will work closely with our head office to ensure that our Surakarta clinic meets the highest standards of quality and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the Surakarta clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of aesthetic professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including managing online presence and social media engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-organized clinic environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock of products and supplies.
• Collaborate with the head office to implement company policies and procedures, and ensure consistent brand experience across all locations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and products, with a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and customers.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for inventory management and scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Certification in customer service or management is a plus.
