📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, motivation, and performance reviews.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized and products are displayed attractively.
• Implement and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the boutique.
• Maintain the boutique’s image, ensuring it reflects Kashkha’s brand values and luxury appeal.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
