As the Group HR Director, you'll develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and lead recruitment efforts. This role is perfect for a Mandarin-speaking professional with extensive HR experience in the beauty or retail sectors. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, performance management, and training programs.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, using systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct HR audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Represent the company at industry events and HR forums.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in the beauty or retail industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and other regional countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
