📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement patient care programs that align with the company's mission and values.
• Conduct patient surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver patient education workshops and support groups.
• Analyze patient data to identify trends and develop data-driven strategies for enhancing patient experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in patient care and healthcare.
• Create and manage patient care materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategic initiatives for the patient care department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient care, healthcare management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient care programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret patient data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management software.
• Certification in healthcare quality improvement or a related field is a plus.
