📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and safety.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record in construction projects.
• Certification in electrical engineering (e.g., Professional Engineer, Certified Electrical Engineer).
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
