📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging online coding classes using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
• Create and maintain high-quality course materials, including lesson plans, coding exercises, and project-based learning activities
• Conduct live coding sessions and provide real-time feedback to students
• Mentor students individually, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and refine our coding curriculum
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in coding education
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of our online learning platform

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching coding or related technical subjects
• Strong programming skills in at least one popular programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++)
• Experience with online teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems is a plus
